A same day (working days, other days by agreement) response is guaranteed if you sign up for the service. There is no charge to sign up for the service.
Enquiries that will take more than 30 minutes will be treated as a Flex BDM project and would be quoted for accordingly.
If you anticipate using the service on a regular basis, a retainer can be arranged.
