Background and Experience
A successful business development and marketing leader with 25 years experience in financial and legal services, I thrive on helping ambitious people achieve their business and career goals, guiding them with bespoke strategic marketing and business development advice and providing with the tools and techniques to succeed.
The early years of my working life were focused on business intelligence, sales and key account management. My curiosity, aptitude for problem-solving and project management skills took me from corporate finance research and analysis to relationship sales, CRM implementations and creating innovative business planning models for global investment banks.
For the last 15 years I have worked with UK-based law firms, leading business development functions, transforming marketing and BD teams and delivering successful change programmes for international, national and regional law firms.
Insightful, pragmatic and solution-oriented - I am passionate about helping professionals, and the firms they work in, to grow their business and to optimise how they go to market. From gaining a better understanding of clients and their needs to harnessing the power of data and digital marketing, I use tried and tested solutions to break down barriers, empower individuals and unlock value.
My clients value the wealth of bd and strategic insights I bring to any project. I am always curious to explore, learn and find solutions - whether as part of getting to know about my clients ambitions and challenges, or whilst continually updating the marketing & bd skills and toolkits at my disposal.
